•Once I drop the package off at USPS it is no longer in my hands. 
•I will keep you posted on shipment updates & the expected delivery day.
•Yes all my packages are shipped with a tracking # so I will be able to see if & when it is delivered to you, so please don’t lie & say you didn’t get it & ask for a refund - thank you :)
•if anything happens between the time it leaves my hands & enters yours, the most I can do is file a missing mail claim. 

*For any orders*
Between a mutual agreement on any order, & when money is already sent I do not offer any refunds. Everything is final, especially when I already put the work into your order. I am not meaning to be crude by not offering refunds; it's just third party payment apps don't support this type of work. I learned the hard way by trying to give someone a refund- I am now banned from using PayPal. 

♡I do not hold items for non payers any longer than 24 hours, if payment isn’t send within 24 hours there will be no guarantee I will still have that item when you are able to send payment. 

I only delete items out of my shop when they have been purchased, therefore items that have been put on *hold* will still be in my shop.
