When You Feel Like Taking A Break From Used Panty Selling...

When You Feel Like Taking A Break From Used Panty Selling...

Over the past few weeks I've had to take a break from selling used panties as my family moved country.

As you can imagine it's been a particularly busy time in which my sales have had to take a back seat - as has my income!

As with all things, sometimes life gets in the way. We're fortunate as used panty sellers that we're mostly able to work from wherever, often on the go, in the supermarket whist doing the shopping to sitting at a train station. The beauty of the work is that you can speak to customers from anywhere - although I wouldn't attempt to take saucy pics on the train - that's a sure-fire recipe for disaster! :)

But even still, I found that I was barely logging on to post updates or communicate with buyers. I just couldn't fit it all in,  no matter how convenient the work can be.

Here's what a few weeks off has taught me:

First of all, I am massively appreciative of the fact I CAN work on the go. All I need most of the time is my phone and a wifi connection and I'm good to go. I can fit my used panty selling in-between most day-to-day activities and that is AMAZING. But more than that, if I need to take a few days (or weeks) off, it wouldn't be the end of the day for me.

Ultimately this is a part-time gig for me and something I can pick up and put down as suits me. I know, that's a privilege!

Here's the downside: the longer I'm out of 'the game' the harder it is for me to get back into it. The more I avoid selling (deliberately or otherwise) the more difficult it is to get my energy and vibe back in the game.

The truth is that it truly does require a focused, consistent effort in order to make sales. 'Coasting' only works for so long - a week at most. Then you really need to get your ass in action and back to the selling strategies that work for you. Communicating with potential buyers and creating good quality content.

Here's what else I believe:

The longer you are out of the selling game, the more likely it is you may talk yourself out of selling again. I have certainly found myself questioning whether I've lost my energy and interest and maybe it's time to hang up my panties and call it a day. But I feel it's akin to getting out of the groove in anything. You know, the longer you're away from the gym or an exercise routine, the harder it is to get back into it. It's the same with panty selling!

I see many sellers come and go. Some last longer than others but could it be that many talk themselves out of the work simply because there's been a few bad days or slow weeks?

Sometimes you can be so energetically out of the loop that you talk yourself into thinking it's just not for you anymore. The most important thing for me when I feel that way is to do nothing drastic i.e. do NOT delete profiles or memberships.

I've made that mistake in the past of drastic decision taking only to regret it when I'm back in my A-Game. Don't get me wrong, if your inner guidance is telling you to take a break then take a break.

Feel into where your decision is coming from. For me, all it takes to get me back in the zone is a kind word or feedback from a past customer.

So what am I saying?

I'm saying that it's normal to have these kinds of lulls in your energy around panty selling and if that feeling never goes then of course listen to that and act accordingly.

For me, I resolved to renew my commitment to showing up and engaging.  To step up from posting the absolute bare minimum to actually doing some 'work'.  Some strategic work that may - heaven forbid! - result in some sales and bring me round to being the amazing used panty seller I know I am. ;)
