How long have you been selling your used panties and what inspired you to begin?
I started selling panties in May of 2017. I was inspired to do this because I needed extra money. I didn't know anything like this existed until I was watching YouTube one day and a "sell your used panties, make cash" clip randomly came up. I was like there is no way that's a thing....but I did some research and I was like I can do something like that, it sounds like fun. I had nothing to lose except gain some experience, so, as they say, a star was born :)
Do you do any other type of adult work?
I'm solely online! I do videos and I have done live dirty voice chats. I am shy in real life and would be too nervous to do anything like this! LOL
What do you enjoy most about selling worn panties?
The thing I enjoy most about selling is of course the people I meet. Just knowing that out of all the unique experiences offered on this site, a buyer picked me. There is something very empowering as a woman that an intimate part of myself is being shared with someone. I want them to have the best experience so I put all of myself into creating each panty. I get that nervous, excited feeling when I go to ship because I know the next stop for that package is my buyer.
Do you ever get requests that are too extreme for you?
I haven't received a request that was too extreme, I am pretty open minded to a lot of things....if I were to get a request that is not my cup of tea, I would say... in those instances if I know of a seller who does that, I will refer the buyer on to that person.
Any of your friends or family know or is this a secret pursuit for you?
This is absolutely a secret pursuit for me! No one knows. Discretion is so important in this type of arena, so what Dominique does behind closed doors stays behind closed doors LOL. Although my local adult shop sees me quite frequently! I feel its better not sharing this with anyone because I respect people's privacy. You know how people say that there's 10 degrees of separation, you never know who knows somebody else. ;)
What do you do for fun in your spare time?
In my spare time I travel and read (mostly non-fiction) I'm a researcher by nature even in my spare time! I love cooking and playing my guitar. I'm self taught so it's a work in progress! I have taken more than one strip dance class, that's definitely fun.
What do you think contributes most to your success in this business?
I would say what contributes most to my success in this business is listening to my buyer. I ask myself, what is it that they want? What do they need? How can I go above and beyond to give this person a great experience? I try to give them as a unique experience each time.
What’s the best advice you could give to new sellers?
The best advice I could give new sellers is this: be patient and research, research, research! I waited quite a while for my first sale. You have to put time and energy into this in order to be successful. It is not easy and if you are not patient you can get discouraged real fast. The more you do your research with what prices you should start at or what panty is hot right now or what tricks you can do during a Kik session to make it hotter all of these things will pay off. It's important to arm yourself with as much knowledge as you can when it comes to selling to be successful. And not under selling yourself is another important thing! There is a rhythm to this that you will get after a while. And never be afraid to ask questions. If you don't know something, if you are unsure, ask somebody! I will often email new sellers that I see that are genuinely trying hard and offer encouragement or advice. The administrative staff is also great about responding to questions too!
How does Scented Pansy compare to other panty selling sites?
Scented Pansy is the only panty selling site I've ever been on. I know there are others but I don't care to pursue them, I'm quite happy here with the SP community. That's why you'll see me if I'm not online with SP, I'm on Instagram encouraging folks to come check us out! Plugging away for SP helps us all :-).
